His focus is now on expanding the EXIT family's presence in Pinellas County, Florida, a testament to his commitment to fostering growth and excellence in the local real estate market.

Beyond his real estate expertise, Jim practices law in St. Petersburg, specializing in real estate transactions, business law, and estate planning. His legal acumen is underscored by a prestigious background that includes serving as past President of the St. Petersburg Bar Association. Additionally, Jim's impact on legal education and leadership is profound; he has held roles as a Visiting Professor and Director of the J.D./M.B.A. Dual Degree Program at Stetson University, where he has shaped the next generation of legal and business professionals. He also serves as the Special Magistrate for Code Enforcement of the City of Gulfport.

Jim's commitment to community service is evident through his involvement as a board member of Bay Area Legal Services, a Co-Founder of the Hope, Health and Sunshine Foundation, a Fourth Degree Knight of Columbus and his volunteer service as a Hearing Officer for the Pinellas County Housing Authority.
